The Salesforce Developer must possess the following experience/skills:
5 years of working experience.
A demonstrable understanding of the Salesforce B2B Commerce platform (formerly CloudCraze).
Fluent English
Strong understanding of APEX and JavaScript, other coding languages are a bonus!
The ability to work well in an Agile team.
Mentoring more junior Salesforce Developers.
The ideal Salesforce Developer will also have:
Experience of working with multinational teams.
Basic German language skills are a bonus too.
Willingness and desire to communicate with people of many different backgrounds and characters.
Experience of developing and maintaining applications for B2B customers.
Experience of full lifecycle projects.
Business analysis skills.
CloudCraze projects to show and talk about.
The successful Salesforce Developer will be:
Mentoring Junior Salesforce Developers on the Salesforce Platform & CloudCraze.
Designing User Interfaces and improving User Experiences.
Working with and assisting the Project Architects.
Documenting new concepts in user friendly terms.
Developing and optimising web shops/ websites.
