Senior Salesforce Developer – Berlin, Germany (Remote/Home Office based in Germany)

My client is on a mission to make the healthcare industry & treatments more accessible to patients by using through technology and digitalisation. They’re looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to become part of the Data, Engineering & Product team working closely with other teams including the Sales, Marketing, Product & Operation teams. Touching on all stages of the patients journey, inspiring hem with the right contact from initial research, through the patients journey, right through to the aftercare.
Tasks of the Senior Salesforce Developer:
- Take ownership and oversee the entire Salesforce platform and be responsible for all technical development
- Make sure your work allows the Salesforce Administrators & stakeholders to perform Automations within Salesforce but developing the technical baseline
- Take the lead of ensure the smooth migration of 2 Salesforce orgs
- Work closely with stakeholders & guide them on best practices when creating change sets with the Salesforce orgs
- Continuously monitor the running efficiency of the Salesforce orgs
- Definition of security policies and monitoring policies thorough recurring compliance checks
Skills of the Senior Salesforce Developer:
- 3+ years’ experience as a Salesforce Developer with similar responsibilities of platform ownership
- High proficiency of programming skills in APEX & Java – any other additional are welcomed
- Solid overall experience/knowledge with Salesforce Sales Cloud Community Cloud
- Skilled with integrating multiple Salesforce orgs into one and Backend Engineer experience is a bonus
- Any experience working with NodeJS & PHP is a plus
- Fluent in English both written and verbally. Any German is a bonus
- Be willing to travel occasionally (a few times per quarter) to the Head Office in Berlin for team meetings and events
