This company are currently working remotely for the foreseeable future due to COVID. The potential working policy post COVID would be around 2 days within the office and 3 days home office

Senior HR IT Consultant (Future Team Lead) Frankfurt, Germany

This role will involve the continued introduction and development of the HR System Workday for Germany and 10 countries within Europe with future regions such as MENA, LATAM and APAC being considered.

In addition, as the current Team Lead will be retiring at the end of 2022, this role will also involve the future development into the Team/Project Lead of 5 Workday Consultants/Key Users.

Some other responsibilities will include:
• Work closely with HR Stakeholders and Senior Leaders to influence HRIS capabilities provided by the Workday system
• Align with the strategic initiatives that drive the company’s growth
• You will be responsible for the continued development and operation of the overall global HRIS technology vision
• Responsible for designing, developing and implementing technology solutions to meet global business requirements
• Solution and approvals of configuration releases.
• Guarantee the system’s security, scalability, reliability of business-critical systems which includes owning priorities and balancing demands

Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
• Extensive knowledge in Workday
• Business Processes Knowledge
• First experience as a Team/Project Lead
• German and English (Business/B2 min)

Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need experience/knowledge in, but would be an advantage if they had:
• Experience in SAP HR
• Another major European Language
