(Senior) SAP Service Manager (FI/CO)

Role
My client, a global end customer are currently recruiting for a (Senior) SAP Service Manager in SAP FI/CO to be based in Germany. Some of the responsibilities will include:
  • Work closely with the Programme Management Team, PMO, Functional and Cross-Create and oversee legacy ECC and S4 Finance Services Operations processes, concentrating on incident, request, and change management procedures.
  • Execution of service delivery and administration of service performance of the particular services included in the scope, as well as prompt issue resolution and ongoing operations
  •  Accountable for service budget, scope, and quality, and responsible for resource management
  • Control and direct the corresponding subservices, possible vendors, and contractors
  • In charge of analysing, planning, measuring, and improving IT services in accordance with agreed-upon service levels (SLAs), as well as carrying out the Service Improvement Plan
  • In a framework inspired on ITIL, responsible for providing excellence in all parts of the service delivery function

Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
  • Extensive knowledge with SAP FI and/or SAP CO
  • Service Management Exp
  • International Project Exp
  • English Language (Business Fluent Min)

Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
  • German and/or any other European Language
  • S/4 HANA Knowledge
  • Consultancy Experience
