Salesforce Specialist (Inhouse) – Near to Munich, Frankfurt or Stuttgart - Home Office Option

€60,000 - €70,000 + Bonus + 30 Days Annual Leave - 38.5 Hour Week


This client is widely regarded as one of the global leading Industrial Robotic Automation companies and they’re on the search for a Salesforce Specialist to join their team, where you’ll take on a mixture of responsibilities working on their large Salesforce rollouts to 15 of their EMEA locations as well as various sub projects.

The position can be worked from home office, but they do have office locations within the Munich, Stuttgart & Frankfurt areas if you would prefer to work from an office or take the more hybrid approach – whatever works for you really!


Some of the tasks you’ll be working on as a Salesforce Specialist:

  • Administration & Configuration of the existing Salesforce platform on both Sales & Service Cloud
  • Planning, testing & execution of configuration changes like: Fields, Objects, Record Types, Page Layouts, Lightning Pages & Flows
  • Work in close collaboration with different teams and the external partner to implement new applications & custom changes to the existing Salesforce applications
  • Be fluent in English to support the inhouse users on support tickets, training & documentation
  • Work on tasks like Release Management & User Authorisation
  • Administration & design of Reports, List Views & Dashboards on Salesforce
  •  Focus on Salesforce Service Cloud & Field Service Cloud projects coming up

Skills required to match the role of the Salesforce Specialist:

  • Professional working experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Strong knowledge & proven experience working on Salesforce Service Cloud & preferable experience with Field Service Lightning
  • In-depth understanding of Salesforce best practices & functionalities
  • Any experience in Automating existing manual processes between several systems is a bonus
  • Committed professional who is up for new challenges working in an international environment across different project teams
  • Keen eye for detail, critical thinker who takes an analytical approach to solving problems
  • Fluent English verbal & written skills
  • Salesforce Administrator & Service Cloud Consultant Certificates are a bonus
