Salesforce Administrator – Berlin, Germany (Remote/Home Office based in Germany)

My client is on a mission to make the healthcare industry & treatments more accessible to patients by using through technology and digitalisation. They’re looking for a Salesforce Administrator to become part of the Sales Operations team working closely with other teams including the Sales, Marketing, Product & Operation teams. Touching on all stages of the patients journey, inspiring hem with the right contact from initial research, through the patients journey, right through to the aftercare.
Tasks of the Salesforce Administrator:
- Ensure the efficiency of Sales Processes and patient communication by supporting the development process in Salesforce
- Use Flows, Process Builders, Validation Rules, change to fields & objects supporting the development and maintenance of Automation tasks
- Work with the teams to ensure the smooth migration of 2 Salesforce orgs
- Support various teams with the current interfaces by making small adjustments
- Work closely with stakeholders & guide them on best practices when creating change sets with the Salesforce orgs
- Define security policies and monitor policies thorough continuous compliance checks
Skills of the Salesforce Administrator:
- 2+ years’ experience working in a similar role as a Salesforce Administrator with in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (any more certifications are welcomed)
- Experience working with Flows, Process Builders, Governor limits, record-level security, share rules, profiles, triggers and order of execution
- Any experience and/or knowledge with Salesforce Community Cloud & Salesforce Marketing Cloud is appreciated
- Any experience with programming skills on APEX, VisualForce & Lightning Components is a bonus
- Bring your fresh ideas to the table, be able to communicate in an effective manor and be reliable
- Fluent in English both written and verbally. Any German is a bonus
- Be willing to travel occasionally (a few times per quarter) to the Head Office in Berlin for team meetings and events
