My client is a business that is changing the future of the HORECA industry through digital transformation. They are part of a much larger organisation that have a very well established and highly regarded reputation on an International scale.

They pride themselves on implementing digital solutions for the hospitality sector that have been created internally & are impacting the industry in a highly positive way. Their solutions are reaching customers from 18 different countries through their own & wider networks of sales channels.

A Sales Analyst is required to join this rapidly expanding business to help shape their internal Salesforce systems by creating & improving reports & dashboards for various different target groups.  

This Sales Analyst will:

  • Actively shape the Salesforce systems to support the business & maintain the high quality of data

  • Create & improve the reports & dashboards for various target groups

  • Be involved with the daily business by providing ad hoc reports

  • Take responsibility for your own projects & identify improvements where needed to improve the overall business

  • Present your findings to various different stakeholders

  • Be transparent within the company as well as with external partners from different countries

  •  Work in an international & diverse environment & be a member of an open-minded & supportive team


The Sales Analyst will have:

  • A strong understanding for data structures & strong analytical skills

  • Hands on experience with Salesforce offerings, especially Salesforce Einstein Analytics (Tableau) & any additional BI tools, e.g. Power BI

  • Microsoft office & Excel proficiency 

  • A solution-oriented way of working

  • Affinity and enthusiasm for working with data, technology and software

  • Top quality presentation & communication skills

  • Flexibility, persistence & be open minded with a high level of motivation to exceed in a fast-paced multi-cultural organisation

  • Superb English skills – any additional language skills are a bonus
