Inhouse Salesforce Administrator & Consultant – Lower Saxony, Germany


€65,000 - €75,000 + €3,000 Bonus + Benefits


My client is an international leader within their field and are looking for someone to join their business within the Global Marketing & Communications Department. You’ll be a part of an international team spanning 25+ countries, working on the Salesforce rollouts. Managing further developments of the Global Salesforce platforms playing a key role analysing the customer data and improving the user experience.

As an Inhouse Salesforce Administrator & Consultant, your tasks will be:

  • Develop & rollout functions within the Global Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud)

  • Design & manage the customer journey whilst implementing the processes in their Salesforce solutions

  • Focus on the core Salesforce business processes for the internal systems

  • Establish best practices by conduction, increase user adoption and improve data the quality of data by CRM & Marketing analysis

  • Provide guidance and conduct training on Salesforce for the International users

  • Marketing analysis to optimise the impact of communications and campaigns across the business

Suitable experience for the Salesforce Administrator & Consultant will look like:

  • Academic degree in marketing, analytics, business informatics, business administration or a comparable qualification

  • Experience with Project Management in an agile methodology (SCRUM etc.)

  • Excellent user skills with Salesforce, preferably with exposure to projects on Sales, Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud (Other CRMs also considered)

  • A huge advantage if you’ve got experience with CRM & Marketing analytics

  • Ability to communicate with various different target groups

  • Fluent in English, both spoken & written
