HR IT Senior Consultant
**End Customer** **English Speaking**
This company are looking for an experienced Senior Consultant from a HR-IT background and become the main point of contact within HR Systems.
This company are, at the moment, still in their discussion phase as to which direction to take their global HR System. In discussion currently is SuccessFactors, Workday or Oracle. They are keen on someone who has a background preferred within any of the 3 but open to any HR IT Experience.
This professional should also be open to learning new HR tools should the direction go that way. This role will also sit with IT and not within HR but you will most likely be liaising with high level stakeholders from the HR Department. Some responsibilities will include
Assist in the development and road map of the new global HR system. (still to be decided)
Design solution strategies that fit the demand of the business
Review everything from budget analysis to release management.
Work closely and liaise with HR Managers, HR Directors, SVPs etc.
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
Extensive knowledge in HR Systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Peoplesoft, Oracle etc)
Business Process Knowledge
Strong Stakeholder Management
International Project Experience
English Language (Fluent)
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
German and/or any other European Language

Along with the base salary (across 12 months) plus up to 10% bonus, this candidate would expect to receive the standard benefits which would equate to:
