We are a specialist IT recruitment company formed in the city of London in 2019. We operate in niche high-value IT markets finding talent for our European and American Clients in the areas of SAP and Salesforce.
Here at NGP, we are always looking for Target-driven and self-motivated individuals to join us as Trainee / Associate I.T. Recruitment Consultants.
The successful candidates will be trained in how to recruit in a lucrative niche IT market. In addition, the successful candidates will receive deskside coaching, one-to-one mentoring, classroom training and milestone-based targets to achieve promotion.
The Job / A Day in the Life...
You will build and maintain a network of job-seekers as well as your own client base, providing staffing solutions for these international clients. Examples of a day in the life below (full training provided!):
Calling candidates to understand requirements and match to potential jobs
Calling clients & prospect clients to introduce candidates & NGP's service
Video meetings & video intro messages
Build your personal brand on social media by engaging your IT community on the latest topics & insights
Manage the full recruitment process (prepare & send CVs, arrange interviews, take feedback, close the deal!)
