We are a specialist IT recruitment company formed in the city of London in 2019. We operate in niche high-value IT markets finding talent for our European and American Clients in the areas of SAP and Salesforce.

Here at NGP, we are always looking for Target-driven and self-motivated individuals to join us as Trainee / Associate I.T. Recruitment Consultants.

The successful candidates will be trained in how to recruit in a lucrative niche IT market. In addition, the successful candidates will receive deskside coaching, one-to-one mentoring, classroom training and milestone-based targets to achieve promotion.

The Job / A Day in the Life...

You will build and maintain a network of job-seekers as well as your own client base, providing staffing solutions for these international clients. Examples of a day in the life below (full training provided!):  

  • Calling candidates to understand requirements and match to potential jobs

  • Calling clients & prospect clients to introduce candidates & NGP's service

  • Video meetings & video intro messages

  • Build your personal brand on social media by engaging your IT community on the latest topics & insights

  • Manage the full recruitment process (prepare & send CVs, arrange interviews, take feedback, close the deal!)

If you have Business to Business Sales experience already then this is preferred, however, if you have the attitude and aptitude to work hard, learn new skills and the desire to progress then we don’t mind if you have no prior sales experience!
