This well-established global business with over 2 decades of existence and specialisation within the E-Commerce space! Due to immense project demand, they're looking to strengthen their Salesforce teams across the EU, even more!
They're looking for x2 Salesforce Service Cloud Consultants to join their European teams under the German branch. You'll work with some of the most well known and recognised brands on the planet, alongside the Salesforce Marketing Cloud & Commerce Cloud teams in these international projects.
Combining your passion for efficient processes in customer service, with your knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud with a great aspiration in innovation to help customers succeed.
Responsibilities of the Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant:
? Focus on the business goals of leading brands in customer service and the use of Salesforce Service Cloud
? During implementations, you lead requirement gathering workshops – recording, design & documentation of Service Cloud adjustments
? Plan and carry out data migrations
? Be the interface between development & project teams on the customer side
? Oversee challenging cross-cloud integration projects to give the customer a first-class experience in the context of digital commerce
? Advise leading brands on the introduction of overarching architectures the focus on improving support and business processes
? Always focus on the end customers needs and keep their teams in close coordination with your Consulting & Development expert teams
? Attend workshops, consultations and training with end customers online
Experience the Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant should have:
? Have at least 2+ years professional experience working with Salesforce Service Cloud (or other Core Clouds)
? Have advanced project experience in Salesforce Service Cloud projects
? Be enthusiastic with modern cloud technologies, think & act in a process-oriented way
? Have a solid understanding of operational processes in customer service; Knowledge Base, Customer Communities, Omnichannel & Case Routing
? Ideally hold the Service Cloud Consultant Certification, along with any other Core Cloud Certificates
? Fluent in English both written and verbally, any German language is welcomed
