Role
My client, a global end customer are currently recruiting for a SuccessFactors Consultant to come in and be the main point of contact when it comes to all topics related to SuccessFactors.
Some of the other responsibilities will include:
• To design business processes for the customer based on current best practises, collect requirements, identify current processes and map existing processes.
• Analyze and record the application's design requirements.
• By collaborating closely with the client and the technical team at the company, implement application design.
• Participate in user acceptability testing activities and serve as the system implementation team's point of contact for the client for resolving product-related issues that affect the client's company.
• Participate in end-user training by sharing product expertise as well as understanding of the client's business procedures and solution architecture.
Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
• Hands on experience in SuccessFactors (2 years min/1 e2e Project)
• International Project Experience
• English Language (B2/Business Fluent Min)
Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
• Additional Languages
• Certified in SuccessFactors
• Project/Team Management Experience
