(Senior) SuccessFactors Consultant Any Location, Europe (Inclu. UK)
Role I am recruiting for a global consulting company that are looking to grow their team in Germany and wider Europe by hiring 4 SuccessFactors Consultants with a preference to focus on EC but open to any modules.
Your role will be to provide advice and consulting services in the implementation of SuccessFactors to several clients across Germany but also with a focus on Europe and MENA. Dependant on your level, you will have the chance to learn newer modules, gain certifications, become a Team Leader/Project Management etc.
Working with this company allows you to be based in any country within the European Union including the UK. Pre-Covid, travel was practically non-existent and post COVID, the company is likely to revert back to a similar policy.
Essential Requirements This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following: • Hands on SuccessFactors Exp • Min 2 years and/or 1E2E implementation • German and English Language (B2/Business level Min)
Desirable Requirements The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in: • Certifications • Project Management/Team Leadership • Specialise in EC, RCM/RMK, ONB or PM/GM
