The Salesforce Consultant must have the following:
3+ Years of Salesforce Experience, at least 1 demonstrating consultative skills
End to end implementation experience, from conception through to delivery.
Experience of hosting workshops to establish customer requirements.
Hands on configuration and customisation experience.
Knowledge of integration frameworks.
Fluent English.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
The Ideal Salesforce Developer will have:
Strong, demonstrable experience with Salesforce Lightning.
Salesforce Certifications.
The ability to and track record of juggling varying sizes of Salesforce projects simultaneously.
Experience leading a team and/or training junior Salesforce professionals.
The Successful Salesforce Developer will be:
Working closely with stakeholders to understand in depth their requirements and pain points.
Assisting architects with solution design and suggestions.
Keeping up with the latest Salesforce releases.
Working with some of the biggest Salesforceusers on the planet.
Mentoring junior team members.
Ensuring smooth project delivery, meeting deadlines and keeping to budgets.
