My client is a Global leader in Digital Transformation and a highly accredited expert in the field of technology with a large Salesforce practice. They are looking to add more talent to their ever-expanding business by recruiting an experienced Salesforce professional who can maintain and build business relationships with clients, primarily across the DACH region but also Europe as a whole.

 

This Senior Manager will:

  • Be responsible for the expansion and implementation of sales activities such as; pricing, negotiating and singing contracts.

  • Take control of further development of internal and external relationships to increase customer satisfaction

  • Work closely with the Salesforce teams across Germany to drive the implementation of the stakeholder engagement plan and strengthen collaboration with external partners

  • Be the central point of contact for the creation of new business ideas and cooperate with performance groups, sectors, alliances and consulting teams

  • Ensure transparency of the project pipeline, ensuring perfect cooperation with the regional teams

 

The profile of the Senior Manager will look like:

  • Have relevant experience relating to the development and relationship building of both existing and further customers

  • In-depth product knowledge of the Salesforce core Clouds; Sales, Service & Community Cloud (ant more are a bonus – Marketing, Commerce Cloud etc)

  • Knowledge of ditilisation in business transformation projects as well as process and requirement analysis (Fit / Gap, Design, implementation, Test, Rollout etc.)

  • Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum & Design Thinking

  • Ideally, you will have some experience in project management or management position with functional responsibility for employees

  • Ability to convince customers with your deep specialist knowledge, professional appearance and your distinctive presentation and communication skills

  • You are fluent in German and English in order to advise customers in the best possible way.

  • Willingness to travel across Germany and potentially other European countries (limited)
