Responsibilities of the Salesforce Technical Architect:
As a Technical Architect you will provide strategic advice on the alignment and design of Salesforce-based IT architectures
Conceptualise complex Salesforce solution designs an take into account the Salesforce platform’s features and limitations
Liaise with customers on gathering requirements and supporting the process with requirements management for the Salesforce platform in their IT landscape
Be there as technical support for the sales team and take part in some pre-sales, phase and offer preparation activities
Keep an eye on technology trends in the Salesforce ecosystem
