The Salesforce Team Lead will:
? Take the lead of the growing consulting team
? Mentoring junior team members through the project and their career
? Client side project management through Salesforce implementations
? Implementation of various Salesforce solutions across a range of different clients in multiple industries
? Establish business relationships with clients and the wider network
? Be involved with the Presales team
? Optimization of business processes and procedures
? Training and customer support during and after the end of the project
Skills & experience the Salesforce Team Lead will have:
? Preferably holding a relevant degree, ideally with the IT area
? Practical experience in setting up and operating Salesforce solutions
? Exposure to multiple Salesforce products (Sales, Service, Community, Marketing Cloud etc.)
? Experience in project management and IT implementation
? Fluent communication skills in German and English as well as project-related willingness to travel
? Good analytical skills, problem-solving skills and team spirit
