Salesforce Solution Lead & Senior Consultant – Germany Wide, Fully Remote
€75,000 - €90,000 + Bonus + 30 Days Holiday (+Christmas off) + Fully Remote from Germany

At present, they’re looking for Senior Salesforce Consultants with experience implementing full life-cycle Salesforce projects and you’ll assume the role of Technical/Solution Lead. You’ll be responsible to managing the technical implementation whilst bridging the gap between the business, consultants, technical development & implementation teams who do all customisation and configuration.
The Salesforce Solution Lead will have experience with:
- A minimum of 3 years working with Salesforce to a high level of platform configuration and customisation, focussing on Sales & Service Cloud
- Be extremely comfortable with configuration/no code configuration like flows etc.
- Apex, LWC, Events
- API integration
- Defining best practices and standards, ensuring compliance of the configuration and development teams
- Managing internal, external & international teams
- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture
- Participating in design workshops with customers and project management of an entire project life-cycle
- Comfortable to run workshops & document in German due to some customers having German as their first language
