This well-established Salesforce partner have been at the forefront of digital transformation projects across the German IT space for the past 15+ years. Their technical focus is the digital transformation of market-oriented processes in sales, marketing & service.

Due to their experience project teams and well renowned services, they are on the lookout for experienced Salesforce professionals wanting to work on some of the most innovative projects across the DACH region.

The Senior Salesforce Technical consultant will:

  • Support customers in the implementation of customer-oriented strategies

  • Design software based architectures base on the Salesforce platforms and other cloud platforms

  • Advise customers on the creatin and adaption of the technical solution concepts based on best practices

  • Conduct scoping workshops with the customer

  • Implement state-of-the-art technicalities based on the Salesforce Customer 360 platform (including LWC, Einstein & Webservices)

  • Advise customers on the design and adaptation of their business processes in sales and marketing on the basis of best practices

  • Accompany the customers on their long-term digital roadmap for sales, marketing and service

 

The skills required for the Senior Salesforce Technical Consultant are:

  • Customer orientation, communication skills and enjoyment of teamwork

  • A high level of quality and deadline awareness

  • Basic programming knowledge (Java, SQL, VBScript, C# etc.)

  • Ideally, first experience in test management tools

  • Hands on project experience (project management, agile methods [SCRUM])

  • Quick comprehension, creativity in finding solutions and constant willingness to learn

  • Strong communication skills combined with perseverance

  • Confident appearance, passionate & willing to go the extra mile with customers

Fluent German & English (both written & spoken)
