The Senior Salesforce Business consultant will:
Support customers in the implementation of customer-oriented strategies
Design CRM solutions based on Salesforce offerings
Advise customers on the design and adaptation of their business processes in sales and marketing on the basis of best practices
Conduct scoping workshops with the customer and then design data and rights models
Implement workflows and accompany the implementation of projects through to the transformation of the solution into operation
Be the customer's main contact and accompany them on their CRM roadmap
The skills required for the Senior Salesforce Business Consultant are:
Academic degree (e.g. economics, IT, engineering, ...) or a similar career / education
Preferably 3+ years working knowledge of Salesforce (Sales, Marketing and / or Service Cloud), with corresponding certificates
Multiple industry knowledge preferable
Hands on project experience (project management, agile methods [SCRUM])
Quick comprehension, creativity in finding solutions and constant willingness to learn
Strong communication skills combined with perseverance
Confident appearance, passionate & willing to go the extra mile with customers
Fluent German & English (both written & spoken)
