This family run Salesforce consultancy based in Zürich pride themselves as not just IT service providers, butas 360 ° strategists, working with their customers as partners on an equal footing. Regardless of whether it is a start-up, family business or media company, they pride themselves on organisational development in harmony with digital infrastructure and customer focus.

During 2020 they have seen headcount grow rapidly and are continuing their expansion into 2021 with a healthy pipeline in place.

 

They are searching for a Practice Lead who will take control of their current project pipeline in Germany whilst a large part of the role will be focussed on building further business relationships & winning projects with prospective clients in Germany. Overall the goal is to mirror what has been achieved in their Zürich office by being a successful go to Salesforce implementation partner focussing on various sectors

The Salesforce Practice Lead will:

  • Use your well establish expertise & network to generate new business & win projects to maintain a strong pipeline

  • Exercise solid management skills combined with strong business acumen and in-depth analytical skills

  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with client project stakeholders by providing vision and future product road mapping

  • Identify opportunities to win projects by leveraging all Salesforce technologies

  • Take the lead with conversations regarding budgets & timelines

  • Manage timeframes to deliver on time & in budget projects whilst ensuring governance are properly adhered to during the execution of the project

  • Be the primary customer interface and perform project management activities during all projects

  • Focus on building a highly capable & high performing team to deliver projects to the best possible standard 

  • Track utilization of project resources and manage this against the resource allocation and budget. This includes on time entry and approvals for project timesheets.

  • Create & track project plans – monitor & review progression & make adjustments where needed to ensure client satisfaction & project success

  • Undertake requirements gathering & assist with the creation of project deliverables when required

  • Liaise with the technical; development team to own the creation of technical salesforce designs

 

The experience required for the role of Salesforce Practice Lead is:

  • Previous experience of being a Practice Lead or Senior Manager is highly desirable

  • A fluent German and English communicator (both verbal & written)

  • Minimum 4+ years of experience with Salesforce in a similar role (preferably within a consulting environment)

  • Experience of building a successful team or practice within a Salesforce environment 

  • Proven track record of winning new business and executing projects in a timely manor

  • Technical hands-on experience across the Salesforce platform is preferable

  • Salesforce certifications relating to your experience
