I am hiring a Salesforce Configuration Consultant on behalf of a successful digital transformation consultancy based in Germany with a workforce in Europe of 2,000+
Skills the Salesforce Configuration Consultant will need:
- 2+ years experience working on Salesforce Core Cloud solutions. (Cales, Service and Community Cloud) SMFC/SFCC are desirable but not essential
- Relevant Salesforce certificates - Admin, App builder, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant
- Consultancy background or have experience working on multiple IT projects
- Speak professional level German and English.
- IT related degree is preferred
- Stakeholder management

Responsibilities of the Salesforce Configuration Consultant:
- Gather requirements from C-Level stakeholders & write detailed user stories
- Salesforce configuration according to existing requirements
- Support and implementation of customer requirements
- Participation in the design and optimization of processes in the areas of Sales, Service and Marketing as part of customer projects
