Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst, New Jersey, US (Remote)

My client is a US leader within the Healthcare industry, established for over 40 years and have played a vital role in the fight against COVID-19. Their research, development and testing have helped healthcare providers and patients make confident healthcare discissions over the years.

The Salesforce Administrator will play a critical role in ensuring that the business runs efficiently on the Salesforce systems. You’ll work closely with the Salesforce technical and development teams on a daily basis, discovering the best solutions for the complex business needs identified by the users. On top of this, you’ll be supporting the development and training of all new functionalities with users and stakeholders.

Tasks of the Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst:

·         Develop prototype demos, manage and complete system configurations and set up a system

·         Provide technical and functional expertise to project team

·         Document and implement configuration changes and data-mapping requirements

·         Liaise with and guide technical development teams on functionality that requires custom logic to meet the requirements; demonstrate solution functionality to business stakeholders as needed

·         Develop plans for testing related to project level, application and business specific approaches and plans for testing, training, communicating, rolling out, and postproduction support

·         Training - Develop client training plans and lead train-the-trainer and end-user training sessions as required

·         Subject to project requirements you may be required to perform point-and-click development

 

Skills the Salesforce Administrator/Business Analyst should possess:

·         Content knowledge - Experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions; proven understanding of Microsoft Dynamics, Siebel, SAP, and similar enterprise-level applications

·         Analytical techniques - Experience leading requirements gathering sessions and documenting the outcome, including designing process flows and helping define test scripts

·         System configuration - Ability to effectively design a scalable solution to meet business needs, and participate in system configuration when necessary

·         Project management - Demonstrated analytical skills and experience with the complete lifecycle of complex enterprise projects; understands core project management concepts, theories, practices, and methods

·         Change management and scope control - Experience performing impact analysis for potential changes in scope; ability to administer change management processes
