The Job
In this role you will be responsible for the Salesforce Administration involving creation and implementation of user stories and working with Sales and Service Cloud.
You will be doing the training for the key users and working on checking the Salesforce orgs, releases, working on the security and maintaining this.
You will also be working on connecting Salesforce to Marketing tools and will also have the chance to maybe work on an upcoming project on the migration of Salesforce classic to lightning.
The Salesforce Administrator must have:
- Sales and Service Cloud expertise
- Previous experience working on creation and implementation of User Stories
- C1 German and Fluent in English
- Come from a Salesforce technical background
- Ability to work with Flows, Process Builders, Workflows and Apex
