Are you an experienced Business Analyst?

The Lead Business Analysts must possess the following experience:

  • 5+ Years of experience within the role of a Business or Systems Analyst.
  • A meticulous attention to detail.
  • The ability to work independently without supervision or instruction.
  • A strong understanding of the different phases of an end-to-end implementation, from conception through to delivery. Preferably you will be able to tell us about at least 1 end-to-end project you have worked on part or all of.
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Data modelling, Process Flows and Business processes.
  • Must be located in The Republic of Ireland with the right to work.

The ideal Lead Business Analysts will also have:

  • A knowledge and understanding of applicable cloud technologies such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SQL and BI.
  • Project management experience, preferably around Agile and Scrum Methodologies. Qualifications in this area are an added bonus to round off your profile.
  • User acceptance testing experience.
  • Knowledge and/or experience within the financial services industry.
  • A strong understanding of the full development life cycle.
  • A good knowledge of Integration frameworks.
  • A formal qualification in IT Business Analysis is a fantastic bonus.

The successful Lead Business Analysts will be:

  • Designing solutions.
  • Working with Solution Architects to map out Data Architecture.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to establish requirements and then pass findings and solution plans on to the development and testing teams.
  • Preparing detailed requirements documentation as well as functional specifications based on requirements.
  • Taking part in Business process workshops.
  • Liaising with as well as building and maintaining relationships with external vendors and implementation partners.
  • Presenting business cases to board level management.
