My client is a leading supplier in the automotive industry with a global footprint across 4 continents. They are searching for an Internal Salesforce Consultant to take ownership of all internal Salesforce systems across the business. This expert will have the task of managing the internal Salesforce systems on Sales Cloud, Service Cloud & Marketing Cloud, liaising with the rest of the tech team & being at the front of a Global Rollout to affiliated companies in the UK, US & Australia with around 160 end users.

The Inhouse Salesforce Consultant will:
Strategic development of the Salesforce CRM system
Ownership of management for sub-projects
Implementation of workshops for requirements, analysis & conceptual design whilst coordinating with international teams
Development of prototypes through to the finished solution
Design of integration processes to other software the business use (SAP, Pardot)
Documentation of process flows in cooperation with other departments
Manage the external consulting partners & management
Support the Global rollout of Salesforce solutions across the various subsidiaries

The Ideal Inhouse Salesforce Consultant will possess:
A university degree in (business) computer science (or comparable)
Salesforce certifications for the Sales and Service Cloud as well as Pardot (any more are a bonus)
Knowledge of object-oriented programming languages ??such as Apex, Java or C # is an advantage
Front line experience in project management and process analysis
Fluent written and spoken German and English
