Role Overview

This company are currently looking for a Project Manager from a HR IT background to come in and be the main driver for the implementation of SuccessFactors in the immediate future but other areas of IT further down the line. The candidate would ideally have experience in SuccessFactors but knowledge within any HR IT system would be welcome as you will be mostly managing and coordinating the implementation of SuccessFactors.

This Project Manager will sit within HR and be the link between HR and IT and be expected to advise both sides on the best direction for the rollout within their specific area. Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Project management and interaction with HR Business Process Owner and internal IT and external suppliers
• Independent agile implementation of concepts and the introduction of modules in SuccessFactors
• Be one of the contact person for (key) users and the coordination of external service providers
• Liaise with Key stakeholders
• Technical support of the local HR organizations in the implementation
• Coordination with the implementation partner

Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
• Experience in any HR IT systems
• HR Business Process knowledge
• Project and Stakeholder Management Exp
• German Language (B2 min)

Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
• SuccessFactors
• English Language (B2 min)
• Certifications
