HR IT Integration Business Analyst
Frankfurt, Germany

Role
My client, a global end customer based in Frankfurt, Germany are currently recruiting for a HR IT Integration Business Analyst. This company currently are in the process of implementing a new Cloud solution with the decision yet to be made as to whether this would be SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM

This Integration Business Analyst oversees the owning and delivering of core services and APIs related to HR applications that serve as an enterprise data backbone, utilising a variety of platforms, APIs, databases, protocols and data formats to ensure that the data and business processes that intersect in the Enterprise Applications Ecosystem are as efficient as possible while adhering to IT security standards.

The primary responsibility is to maximise the value of a solution to an organisation through delivery and decrease owner risk while ensuring that the solution complies with all applicable compliance and regulatory requirements. The Business Analyst will collaborate with experts, technical employees and stakeholders to ensure that the solution is provided depending on the most successful approach for the company as a whole.

Some of the responsibilities would include:
? Responsible for data Integration deliverables
? Work with data owners to establish data integration choices, data mapping and data transformation from source to destination
? Developing architecture-compliant demand solution methods (e.g. feasibility study) that meet both client and solution development standards
? Guide & steer in terms of platforms, components, development frameworks and technical elements
? Create integration processes that utilise a variety of platforms, APIs, databases, protocols and data formats.
? Ensure that new solutions are compliant with the goal architecture by doing data analysis of input, internal and output message data.
? By reviewing current components or systems to establish integration requirements and ensuring that final solutions match the organization's goals, develop and deploy solutions that connect the HR applications throughout the organization or within it’s sections and departments.
? Develop components inside the organisation’s Integration platforms to automate data flow from source to destination as necessary
? Assist in cost review and create optimum solution designs based on understanding of costs and returns.
? Documentation of the integration configuration
? You will work on worldwide projects with our global team across regions including EMEA, LATAM, MENA
? International travel amounting to 15%

Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
o Extensive knowledge in Integration in IT Systems
o International Project Experience
o English Language (Business Fluent Min)

Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
o Strong knowledge in HR Systems (SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle)
o German and/or any other International Language
