HR IT/SuccessFactors Product Manager

Role Overview
This company are currently looking for a Product Manager who is well versed in the SuccessFactors space to come in and be the main module owner for a specific module within SuccessFactors. The areas required would ideally be from the Talent Management areas, but any knowledge would be welcome at this point. This professional will also be involved within the full implementation of SuccessFactors.
This Product Manager will sit within HR and be the link between HR and IT and be expected to advise both sides on the best direction for the rollout within their specific area. Some of the responsibilities will include:
Independent agile implementation of concepts and the introduction of modules in SuccessFactors
Be one of the contact person for (key) users and the coordination of external service providers
Technical support of the local HR organizations in the implementation
You will evaluate the requirements of the departments and adjust them to the business processes as well as the functional and solution-related SAP processes.
Essential Skills
This candidate must have experience in the following:
SuccessFactors Implementation knowledge
Experience in Talent Management
HR Process knowledge
German Language (B2)
“Nice to have” Skills
This candidate does not need experience in but would be very interesting if they had experience in:
Certification in any SuccessFactors module
English Language (B2)
On Premise knowledge
