CRM Manager, Berlin Germany (Remote with Limited Travel)

€55,000 - €65,000 + Share Options + Benefits

 

My client is on a mission to make the healthcare industry & treatments more accessible to patients by using through technology and digitalisation. They’re looking for a CRM Manager to become part of the Marketing team working closely with other teams including the Sales, Product & Operation teams. Touching on all stages of the patients journey, inspiring hem with the right contact from initial research, through the patients journey, right through to the aftercare.

 

Tasks of the CRM Manager:

· Take charge of CRM by building automated emails, SMS & various other channels, via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, making sure the right message is sent at the right time helping patients take the next step in their medical journey with confidence

· Continuously analysing and improving the complex journeys and setting clear KPIs and constant testing to ensure the smooth running of journeys

· Closely work with patient managers and product team to support the booking process

· Analyse, monitor and report regularly on CRM & SFMC efforts, whilst acting upon possible risks and opportunities
 

Skills the CRM Manager possess:

· Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email experience (setting up customer/email journeys and creating the relevant content)

· 2+ years’ experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud

· Excellent understanding of email marketing concepts and metrics

· Strong understanding of data and segmentation methodologies

· Previous experience working in a data driven environment and have strong analytical skills with experience of making data driven decisions

· Experience of setting up SQL queries

· Basic knowledge of AMPscript, HTML, CSS

· Any Salesforce Sales Cloud experience is advantageous

· Fluent English both written and verbal
