Lead Salesforce Consultant & Solution Architect – Germany Wide
€80,000 - €90,000 – 10% bonus + Home office + Flexible Hours
This client is a leading Salesforce partner & is one of the experts for solution concepts in the areas of customer care and contact centres. With a well-established name for themselves in the German Salesforce community, they are on the hunt for an experienced Service Cloud Consultant with Field Service Lightning experience.
Experience the Lead Salesforce Consultant & Solution Architect will have:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce (mainly Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning)
- Experience in the conception and implementation of field service projects
- High customer and service orientation as well as excellent communication skills
- Preferably have experience of working at another Salesforce Partner
- Hold the relevant Salesforce Certifications
- Fluent knowledge of German
Responsibilities of the Lead Salesforce Consultant & Solution Architect
- Conception and design of Salesforce solutions, especially in the field service segment
- Implementation of Salesforce solutions for customers whilst in close cooperation with the team
- Be the key liaison contact for the client on larger projects whilst getting hands on technically and working within a team to deliver timely and professional solutions that exceed the customers expectations
- Lead and mentor a project team of other Consultants & Project Managers
