HR IT Service Manager
Dusseldorf or Frankfurt, Germany (50:50 remote/office)

This global end client of mine are currently preparing for a very big and global transition of transforming their current HR System with the introduction of SuccessFactors within the business. Your role as the Service Manager is responsibility of the full service lifecycle management of a SuccessFactors solution, in terms of service delivery strategy, service operations and optimization. You will manage the cost and performance against agreed service levels, taking into account the latest technological developments and the release cycles

Some of the responsibilities will include:
• Act as single point of contact (SPOC) towards the global HR Center of Expertise
• Manages the service design and maintain the related service catalogue items (incl. service description)
• Responsible for the analysis, planning, measuring and improvement of the availability of IT services in respect to the agreed service levels
• Implementation of IT Service Management processes for the responsible services
• Service level management, continuity management, performance management and budget planning for the specific services.
• Manages escalations with regards to service delivery.

Essential Requirements
This candidate MUST have experience/knowledge in the following:
• HR System Knowledge
• Service Management Experience
• International Project Experience
• English Language (Business Level)

Desirable Requirements
The candidate DOES NOT need knowledge in, but would be advantageous if they had experience in:
• SuccessFactors Knowledge
• German Language and or any other major European Language
• Certifications
